Quick and Easy Chicken Casserole for Busy Mothers!

Here is a very simple recipe for those of you that don't have  time to stand over the stove for hours! This is a recipe that I came up with about a year ago. Those of you who know me know that I am not to fond of cooking, but my husband will tell you its one of his favorite meals!

Quick and Easy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients: 2 Cans of Tyson Canned Chicken
1 Can of Cream of Broccoli
1 Can of Cream of Chicken
1 Can of cream of Celery
                  1 Box of Cornbread Stuffing
Half a bag of extra wide noodle

Start by boiling half a bag of the extra wide noodles. Combine the chicken as well as the cream of celery, chicken, and broccoli in a pan on medium heat. While these are heating up prepare your cornbread stuffing. Once this is all completed stir in your noddles with the chicken, cream of celery, broccoli, and chicken. Next pour into a Pyrex dish, then cover the mixture with the cornbread stuffing. Place the dish in the oven on 350 for 20 minutes. Then...... ENJOY!
*Salt and Pepper to taste.
Make it healthier by using wheat noodles and low sodium soups.

Extreme Couponing gone too far?

So I must say I love to go to the store and get something for free, but are these extreme couponers taking it too far? I was amazed as I watch the shows where people get a thousand dollars of groceries for ten dollars or less but I feel that these shows maybe be helping retailers to change coupon policies so that the deals are not so sweet anymore. I also noticed while watching these show that these people are getting hundreds of items such as pain relievers, or antacids while on their shopping sprees. Is it really necessary to have that big of a stockpile of items such as those? Items such as bath tissue, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toothpaste and tooth brushes seem to make a little more sense to get massive piles of then medicine. Anyone will agree that toiletries and cleaning items can get rather expensive and are things a family can go through very quickly. I love to stock up on these items, but really I think its silly to buy crazy amounts of medicine, actually I think its a total waste. What do you think? Is it totally ridiculous to buy a hundred boxes of pain reliever? If you like to coupon what is your favorite item to get for free?
